1) While composing a portrait, avoid cutting any part as has happened here. Top part shouldn't have been cut. If you need to avoid any part and go further close, there should be a valid reason that can be seen in the frame itself. Meaning, the viewer shouldn't feel that there's something missing. 2) The eyes should be clearly visible at such closeup. Else, the picture looks lifeless. 3) Expression on the face of the person is not pleasant. This type of situation needs better post-processing too.
