A Great Loss for Photographers

No one realized that February 8, 2017 will be a dark day in the history of Photography in Bengaluru. Today we lost one of the purest souls, a great mentor and a leading light in the field of photography in Bengaluru. Shri Thanjavur Nateshacharya Ayyam Perumal, popularly known as TNA Perumal, the Doyen of Wildlife Photography, breathed his last at 4:20 AM, February 8, 2017. 2017 Revisions to Membership Fee postponed
YPS Executive Committee is pleased to announce that the revisions to the membership fee effective from January 1, 2017 announced in the January YPS Newsletter has been postponed. Participate in Karnataka Tourism Monthly Contest hosted by YPS
YPS is pleased to announce that it will be hosting Monthly Photo Contests for Karnataka Tourism Department, Government of Karnataka. There will be a different theme every month. The theme for January 2017 is “Karnataka Wildlife“. Last Date for submission is January 26th.
Karnataka Tourism will be displaying the Picture of the Month in large hoardings in prominent places with due credit to the photographer. There are Certificates to be earned too.
We would like the YPS members to take the Lion’s share of the awards and certificates.
