Deep Bhatia Profile PictureDeep Bhatia has come a long way in the realm of Photography. His initial journey into photography started as a hobby in 1986 while working as an Economic Officer in the Government of India. 

In his photographic journey of more than 34 illustrious years he has bagged more than 500 National/International Awards and more than 5000 Acceptances in National and International Salons, Photo Competitions, and Exhibitions recognized by PSA, FIAP, RPS, FIP, GPU, IUP, ICS and his works have been exhibited across 24 countries besides India.

Also in many National/ International Photographic Competitions/Salons he has been an eminent jury member.

He has showcased his works in solo shows, two at Chandigarh and one in Patiala in the years 1992 and 1999.

His focus is not only on acquiring awards and acceptances. He believes in sharing the knowledge acquired so assiduously through sheer hard work and perseverance.     He conducts regular workshops for students of photographic art, photography clubs, and schools. Sailing along with the winds of the present situation, he is conducting online classes which cover almost every genre including Basic Photography, Water Droplet Photography, Still Life Photography, Photoshop, Surreal, conceptual Photography and Studio Portraiture.

His creative genius has inspired and guided many photo enthusiasts in the field of photographic art, particularly salon photography. Many of them have excelled in their respective fields and created an International & National  Name & Fame  for themselves.

He has also authored an ebook on Fundamentals of Liquid Droplet Photography which has won generous praise from all photography enthusiasts. Images captured at 1/15000 times of a second of one, two or three water drops is an exceptional photo capturing techniques.

Deep Bhatia and his endeavors in photography have also been the subject of a dissertation /Research work in the shape of a 100 pages book titled “Role of Deep Bhatia in Photography and Digital Manipulation” under the aegis of Kurukshetra University in the year 2015-16.

He is the Co-Founder of Tricity Photo Art Society and presently the Advisor of TPAS, a leading Photographic Club in India.

For Deep Bhatia, photography is a never-ending journey leading to exciting experiences along the way.
