SUMMARY:NATURE close-up by V Nagaraj
DESCRIPTION:YPS Meet | Dec 17 | 6:30 PM | State Youth Centre\nYPS organized a talk on Macro Photography on June 4th earlier this year and a Macro Workshop the following day. Since then the interest in Macro Photography has grown by leaps and bounds. \nWe all understand that success in Photography can be achieved only when we have a deep understanding of our subject\, in this case the ever evolving Insect World of NATURE. That is the reason for this YPS Meet. \nCan we explain the behaviour of a butterfly when it is arched over a leaf? Can we identify the specie and the name of a butterfly or dragonfly after photographing it ? The more we learn the more you will be wondering   about the close-up world of NATURE. You will learn this from Mr. V Nagaraj\, with an eternal passion for the Nature and to whom we all turn to if we have difficulty in identifying a butterfly or insect. \n \nBorn in Madanapalli\, Andhra Pradesh\, 1954\, Mr. Nagaraj was very passionate about  visual arts right from his young age. He did drawing and painting  since his childhood days.  Later he chose photography medium in the early 80s. He turned professional in 1990. \nMr. Nagaraj is a Self taught photo-artist\, inspired by Nature and influenced by works of great photographers like Irving Penn and William Albert Allard. He loves to work with  ambient light. He specialises in Nature and Travel photography. His work have been  published in various magazines\, books\, travel brochures and advertising campaigns. He always enjoys sharing his knowledge and experience. \n
