The information related to the Annual General Body Meeting has also been posted on the Youth Photographic Society Website. All the members are requested to take part in the proceedings of the Annual General Body Meeting. \nAGENDA \n\nWelcome Speech\nApprove and adopt the Notice of the Annual General Body Meeting\nApprove and adopt the minutes of the previous Annual General Body Meeting\nApprove and adopt the Secretary’s Report on the activities of Youth Photographic Society for the year 2016-17\nAdopt the Audited Financial Report for the financial year 2016-17\nAdopt the motion related to appointment of auditors for the financial year 2017-18\nApprove and adopt proposed changes to the Memorandum of Association\nConsider various resolutions proposed – Note: Resolutions to be considered during the AGM should reach the undersigned on or before November 3\, 2017\nAny other subject with the permission of the chair.\nVote of thanks\n\nLunch has been organized at 1:00 PM.\n\nThe meeting is open only to members.
