DESCRIPTION:YPS Photowalk | Dec 23 | 7:30 AM – 10:00 AM | Russell Market\nYPS Street Photography Team presents it’s 1st Photo Walk to RUSSELL MARKET\, Shivajinagar. \nIdea: Idea of this initiative is to go on photo walks on different streets of Bengaluru\, shoot together\, share knowledge and have fun! \nOn this photo walk we will experience and capture the sights in and around Russell market. It gives you an opportunity to do Street Images\, Portraits and life scenes. \n \nAbout the Place:\nRussell Market\, epitomises the other face our city\, and has an old-world charm. Having remained unchanged since 1927\, except when parts of it had to be redone\, due to a fire that broke out\, Russell offers a bit of many things. It has a striking architecture at the entrance in the form of St Mary’s Basilica\, apart from a Masjid and a Hindu temple\, a Scrap Metal (vehicle) Market and a Vegetable\, Fruit & Fish Market. Though Russell is smaller in area\, it’s one among the oldest and famous markets of Namma Bengaluru and has a confluence of cultures\, markets and chaos. \nLead:\nThis photowalk will be lead by Hema Narayanan. \nRegistration\n\nSeats are full!
