YPS AGM 2025 & Election – Final List of Nominations
The scrutinized list of nominations received for the positions in YPS Executive Committee was published on 8th May, 2026. The last date for withdrawal of Nominations was 9th May 2026. YPS is happy to announce, based on inputs from the Returning Officer Sri Rajagopal B S, the final list of candidates who have been nominated for each position of the YPS Executive Committee.

Message from the Returning Officer, Sri Rajagopal B S
Dear all YPS Members,
I take the opportunity to congratulate all of you for successively making the election process a grand success for the fourth term by participating fully and contesting for all the posts of the Executive Committee without fail.
This has provided me the opportunity to serve the Society again by conducting free, fair and transparent elections which is a pride for any organisation to boast with.
Secondly I would like to remind you all about your duty of guiding the newly elected Executive Committee by discussing about the policy matters of the society is the sole aim of the General Body Meeting.
Hence, I call upon all the Members to join the Annual General Body Meeting on 17.05.2026 for contributing your best to the Society by the way of suggestions/offer to service so as the best can be achieved and hence the growth and prosperity for all of us.
I also call upon young members to participate as interns into various Sub Committees so as you gain experience and be able to shoulder the future responsibility of the Society to continue the journey into stellar space of photography with a new realm of possibilities.

The last date for receipt of nominations was May 6, 2026, as per the Election Timetable published earlier. On May 7, 2026, the Returning Officer Sri Rajagopal B S, scrutinised the nominations received and shared the details of eligible nominations with the YPS Executive Committee for publication to members.
