Itinerary:
Day 1 Schedule:
- Arrival and check-in to the designated hotel based on participants travel schedule.
- Introduction & Q & A session in the evening at 6.00pm by the Mentor
- Dinner
Day 2 Schedule:
- Wake up at 4.00am.
- Off to morning safari with packed breakfast.
- Back from safari at around 11.30am.
- Lunch
- Off to evening safari
- Back from safari at around 6.30pm
- Review of images and Q&A session with the Mentor
Day 3 Schedule:
- Wake up at 4.00am.
- Off to morning safari with packed breakfast.
- Back from safari at around 11.30am.
- Lunch
- Off to evening safari
- Back from safari at around 6.30pm
- Review of images and Q&A session with the Mentor
Day 4 Schedule:
- Wake up at 4.00am.
- Off to morning safari with packed breakfast.
- Back from safari at around 11.30am.
- Lunch
- Off to evening safari
- Back from safari at around 6.30pm
- Review of images and Q&A session with the Mentor
Day 5 Schedule:
- Wake up at 4.00am.
- Off to morning safari with packed breakfast.
- Back from safari at around 11.30am.
- Check -out with great images and memories
TERMS & CONDITIONS:
- Twin Sharing Basis
- Workshop cost includes accommodation, all meals, safari, driver, & guide fees for 4 nights/5 days.
- Tour starts at Kanha and ends at Kanha
- 7 safaris with 3 participants per jeep
- 100% payment shall be made on registration
- No refund on cancellation on any circumstances
INCLUSIONS:
- Twin sharing room will breakfast, lunch & dinner and coffee/tea
- All entry/safari/guide fees
NON-INCLUSIONS:
- Air fare
- Cab service from nearest railway station or airport
- Camera fee, if any
- Bottled water or beverages
- Tips or gratitude to jeep driver, hotel staff etc.
Fees & Registration
- Limited Registrations: 15
- YPS Members:
- Registration starts from 9th Nov 2021 and closes on 15 Nov 2021
- Workshop Fee for YPS members is ₹ 40000/- per person
- Full Payment to be made within 3 days of sending payment link.
Note: YPS Members should login for registering.
- Non-YPS Members:
- Registration starts from 12th Nov 2021 for and closes on 18 Nov 2021
- Workshop Fee for Non-YPS Members is ₹ 45000/- per person.
- Full Payment to be made within 3 days of sending payment link.
- Cancellation is not permitted.
Covid Protocol for the workshop
While there are some relaxations to curfew times, we are still required to follow all the precautions that the Government of India has prescribed. Here are a list of protocols that the visitors must adhere to:
- Participants attending should follow the Covid Appropriate Behavior prescribed by the Govt. of India. This includes social distancing and wearing of mask.
- Participants attending the workshop must have completed all doses of vaccination.
- Every participant will asked to sign a Covid declaration before starting from home location.
