Birds

YPS Wildlife Week | Wednesday, October 08 | 5:30 PM IST | Wildlife Photography | Google Meet

Presentation by: Praveen P Mohandas

“Birds are the harbingers of a new day, new season, changes and differences in our immediate environment. To most of us, birds represent musical sounds and bewitching colours. As a photographer this seems to me a very shallow understanding of the avian world because we are distracted by mere superficial elements. There is more to birds than what appears on the surface – tales of strength, survival, energy and beauty. The presentation that you are about to see is an exploration of the captivating world of birds through black and white photographs, showcasing the beauty, texture, and contrast of birds in their natural environment highlighting their behaviour and interactions without the distraction of colour.”
