RJ Pataki Shruti is a leading radio host, TV presenter, speaker, and holistic healer, known for Bengaluru’s top morning show Pataki Mornings on 92.7 Big FM. Beyond entertainment, she drives social impact—championing menstrual hygiene, disaster relief, citizen–authority initiatives, and pandemic support. Her initiatives like Traffic Tuesday and BIG STARTUP have created real change, earning national recognition.

About Shrunique by Shruti
Founder of Shrunique by Shruti, she promotes holistic wellness through manifestation workshops, energy healing, and mindful living, along with curated spiritual products for personal growth and balance.

Guest of Honor: Dr Jeethendra Shetty

Dr Jeethendra Shetty currently serves as the Joint Director for the Department of Youth Empowerment and Sports and the Sports Authority of Karnataka. With a diverse and distinguished career in public service, he has been instrumental in shaping youth development and sports administration across the state.
Educational Background
Dr Shetty has taken on major leadership roles—such as Nodal Officer and Working President—for massive sporting events, including the National Youth Festival 2023, the Khelo India University Games 2022, the Dasara Sports CM Cup, and the Karnataka State Games.

He is a graduate of the Bengaluru Veterinary College, Hebbal, holding a BVSc. degree.
He was awarded a prestigious Junior Research Fellowship from the Indian Council of Agriculture Research (ICAR) in New Delhi to pursue his MVSc..

Administrative Leadership & Milestones
Dr Shetty began his professional journey as a Veterinary Officer in Mudubidri and Sullia before clearing the KAS exam to join the Government of Karnataka as an Assistant Director in the Department of Youth Empowerment and Sports.

He has held several key administrative positions, including Administrative Officer for the General Thimayya National Academy of Adventure.

During his tenure as Deputy Director of the Government Flying Training School (GFTS) in Jakkur, Bengaluru, he led a major initiative to renovate the school’s infrastructure, recruit pilots and aviation staff, and successfully relaunch the institution in January 2025.

Contributions to Youth Policy & Sports Development
He was a key member of the Drafting Committee for the Karnataka State Youth Policy in 2012.

He has played a critical role in supporting athletes, serving on committees that established rules for admitting sportspersons into professional colleges via CET, and facilitating the appointment of meritorious athletes to the Police Department.
