Manju Vikas Sastry V, a computer science graduate and a MBA in HR works for an MNC with 18 years of experience. He is an avid traveller and a passionate trekker. His interest in wildlife and travel photography motivated him to join Youth Photographic Society, one of the oldest and premier photography clubs in India. He has been associated with YPS, since 2006 and has served the club in various capacities. Since 2016 he has been serving as the club’s Secretary. He has also served as the Chairman of 3 National Photography Salons hosted by YPS under the patronage of Federation of Indian Photography and as Secretary of 2 International Salons & Chairman of 1 International Salon.
His strength has always been connecting with people. For many at the club, he is the single face, the single phone number and the single WhatsApp contact for anything and everything related to YPS.
He has helped YPS successfully organise 12 monthly photography contests and 3 World Tourism Day contests and an exclusive photography exhibition at “Chikkamagaluru Habba – 2023” for the Department of Tourism, Government of Karnataka. He was conferred with YPS Service Award in 2018, for his yeoman services rendered to the club.
He is a Core member of Aksharaa Charitable Trust which has been striving to Educate Rural Karnataka and has adopted 9 Schools spread over Mandya, Kolar & a tribal school, GHPS Nanachi, Nagarahole Forest Area in the Kodagu district of Karnataka.
