Masai Mara in Kenya is a dream destination for any wildlife photographer across the world because of its magnificent presence of wildlife.   One will be awestruck by the sight of wildebeest-spotted savannahs, an unexpected show of lion and cheetah encounters, giving heart thumps in excitement while watching a thrilling chase between predator and prey.  Masai Mara becomes the backdrop for one of the most spectacular wildlife shows on earth – The Great Migration, a feast for every wildlife lover and especially photographers.  One of the best places on earth to have this African safari dream come true is the Masai Mara National Reserve and conservancies.  The presentation will showcase some of the wonderful moments captured at its best while providing details like when to visit, how to prepare, tips and tricks to capture great images, and to cherish the visit forever.

About the Presenter:

Munish Palaniappan

Munish Palnaiappan, an engineer by qualification from BITS Pilani, worked as Senior Manager-Marketing & Branding, Ashok Leyland John Deere. He has been into photography for the past fifteen years,  after trying out many genres of photography ‘wildlife is close to my heart’ he declares.  He quit his corporate job and made photography his profession.  He is the Founder and Director of M/S MagicPix Media, Chennai, engaged in creating media portfolios for corporate and industrial clients across India.  He has been a frequent visitor to Masai Mara, taking along with him wildlife photographers and guiding them to capture mesmerizing wildlife images.  

He is also passionate about motorsport photography, and has officially and extensively shot many Motorsports events and corporates including Maruthi Suzuki, Tata motors, Yamaha India, Madras Motor Sports Club and a few other corporates. He has also trained hundreds of students in professional photography courses and workshops at different universities and colleges. 

He has been a Brand Influencer of SONY India and an Ambassador of Zeiss sports optics.
