Captain Navtej Singh has been photographing the Armed Forces for over 15 years. The skills and nuances involved in military photography are very different from those required in normal field. He will speak about his extraordinary experiences and the skill sets required for various aspects of military photography.

About the Presenter:

Captain (IN) Navtej Singh

Navtej Singh is an internationally published photographer who pursues photography as a hobby. He is creative in his work, passionate about photography of many sorts and variations, and has acquired more than eight years of experience working on exceptional inspiring projects that require intuitive and innovative skill and styles. He is well-travelled in India and has clicked many corners and people across the country.

He has been doing military photography for the past fifteen years and has covered various major international and national exercises in varying weather and climatic conditions from seas, to deserts and mountains.

Education – BSc from National Defence Academy, Pune

Specialities: Portraits, Landscapes, Lifestyle, Black and white, Military photography, Aerial photography

Exhibition and  publishing of work:
His works have been exhibited at the Serendipity Arts Festival, Goa in 2018,  in National Geographic, Condanest Traveller, Lonely Planet, Chizz and many other magazines.

• Do not interrupt when something is being presented. Keep a note of questions and ask them at the end when moderator opens the floor for questions.
