This presentation is about Kaushal Arya’s photography journey exploring the diversity of India and the Himalayan region in particular.

About The Speaker
Mr Kaushal Arya
Mr Arya started photography in 2013 as a hobbyist while working with HDFC home loans. In 2015 he quit his job to pursue a career in photography and started a company of his own – “Pixelmonks” which was a wedding venture. Apart from weddings, he loves to travel and explore the Himalayan region for landscape and travel photography.
He enjoys exploring different cultures, festivals, tribes, cuisines and life in general.
The following are some of his accolades in photography:
– Featured in National geographic photo story “ Kumaon in frame “
– Top shot in National geographic yourshot.
– His work was published in Smart Photography Magazine in 2016.
– One of mobile phone image was selected for the cover page in a Britain magazine called “Luxury wellness”
– Featured in 35 awards
– Winner of Uttarkashi unveil photography contest
– 3 years runner up in Naini photo fest in Nainital
– Working for US based NGO “Yours humanly” for their photography projects in India.
